Precautions for splicing air duct: position before pasting. Before bonding, the surface shall be clean and the joints shall be evenly coated. Apply glue, splice after the glue has dried to a certain extent, align the joint parts, ensure that each side is vertical, press firmly with a spatula, and apply sealant in the air duct to seal the joint, so as to prevent air from contacting the insulation foam.
3. Use the tape with a width of 50-60mm (50mm smaller) to overlap the adjacent surface by at least 25mm. Be careful not to wrinkle when tightening. Glass glue can be used to seal curved surfaces or large gaps. When pasting the aluminum foil tape, both sides in contact with the tape should be clean and smooth. Use a spatula to flatten the tape and squeeze out the air. The joints shall be tight and firm,
4. All parts cut off the aluminum sheet shall be sealed with pressure-sensitive tape, and the surface of the bonding part shall be kept clean and dry. When the flange breaks, cut it 300 mm from the flange and add a short pipe. When sealing, use a scriber to paste the tape neatly, and use a spatula to ensure that the air under the tape is squeezed out.
5. All joints must be on the same line. Replacing the connector will result in incorrect pipe orientation.
6. When the size and wind pressure exceed a certain value, corresponding reinforcement measures shall be taken:
When the side length of air duct is>>400mm, plane reinforcement shall be adopted; 250 ≤ side length ≤ 400mm shall be reinforced with angle steel. When the side length is ≥ 2000mm, the external reinforcement shall be made into hoop shape, the angle steel shall be ≥ 30 * 3, and the air duct shall be clamped.
The corner stiffener of the composite air duct is a galvanized right angle gasket with a thickness of more than 0.75 mm pasted on the four corners of the air duct. The width of the right angle gasket is equal to the thickness of the air duct plate, and the side length is not less than 55 mm.
Connection between main air duct and branch air duct: the branch air duct can be directly connected to the main air duct with 90 ° joint or other special joints, and the four corners of the joint shall be coated with sealant. When the side length of the branch pipe is less than 500mm, it can also be directly connected by cutting 45 grooves.
