The project is a construction project of elevated warehouse and comprehensive warehouse. The floor height of elevated warehouse is 23.5 m and that of comprehensive warehouse is 11.5 m. The elevated warehouse is equipped with 14 sets of air sewing systems, and the system air volume is 18000m ³/ h. The comprehensive warehouse adopts 14 sets of air sewing systems with an air volume of 12000 ³/ h。 The ventilation and air supply system of the two warehouses adopts blue fiber bag duct.
The air supply of the blue fiber bag duct is uniform, realizing no dead angle air supply, realizing uniform air supply in the warehouse, and maintaining the consistency of temperature and humidity in the warehouse.
The comprehensive warehouse is designed to use the WELL bag duct as the air supply terminal, which is connected with the air conditioning static pressure box. The exhaust hole airflow mode is selected to ensure the air supply airflow speed.
The elevated warehouse is designed to use the well bag duct duct type air distribution outlet as the end air supply, which is connected with the air conditioning static pressure box. The jet air flow mode is selected to ensure the air supply speed and air supply distance.
